Service use karne se pehle ye jaankari dhyan se padhein. In Terms & Conditions ko accept kiye bina service use nahi ki ja sakti.

1. Internet service ka use Indian Government, Department of Telecommunications aur ISP laws ke mutabiq karein. Service ko PSTN se connect na karein. Ulanghan par bina notice service terminate ho sakti hai aur legal action bhi ho sakta hai. Internet par content unedited ya offensive ho sakta hai — aise material ka access customer ki apni responsibility hai.
2. Service ka use kisi bhi anti-national activity ke liye na karein.
3. VSJ dwara allotted IP addresses ke misuse ki poori responsibility customer ki hai.
4. Service use karne ya na kar paane se hone waale direct ya indirect damages (interruptions, errors, delays, transmission failures samet) ke liye VSJ, uske affiliates aur contractors liable nahi honge.
5. VSJ ya uske authorized vendor ko equipment install karne aur cables bichhane ki permission dein.
6. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) ko dust, humidity aur heat se surakshit jagah par rakhwayein; VSJ ke kehne par air-conditioned environment ka arrangement karein.
7. Maintenance ke liye zaroorat padne par VSJ ko premises mein access dein.
8. VSJ dwara supplied equipment ke liye uninterrupted, regulated sine-wave power ka arrangement karein.
9. Service chalane ke liye zaroori WPC royalties aur statutory fees/charges ka bhugtaan karein.
10. VSJ ki written permission ke bina bandwidth ya connectivity resell na karein.
11. Prescribed rate se due date tak payment karein. Rates written notice ke saath revise ho sakte hain. Invoice na milna non-payment ka karan nahi hai — duplicate invoice ke liye accounts team se contact karein.
12. Order placement ki date hi is Agreement ki date maani jaayegi.
13. Jab tak Agreement mein specifically included na ho, nearest available source se last-mile connection ka arrangement customer karega.
14. Payment "VSJ Internet Services Private Limited" ke naam par, payable at Lucknow, karein. Cash payment par valid receipt zaroor lein. Payment VSJ, authorized agents ya available websites ke through bhi ho sakta hai.
15. VSJ dwara supplied saara hardware aur access equipment VSJ ki property rahega. Disconnection ya termination ke baad authorized personnel use access, maintain, replace ya remove kar sakte hain.
16. CPE third-party equipment hai jo VSJ procure karti hai. VSJ repair ke liye reasonable efforts karegi aur repair ya replace ka faisla VSJ karegi. Replace kiye gaye parts VSJ ki property rahenge.
17. Service se aage ki zaroori government permissions, clearances aur approvals customer khud lega.
18. Civil engineering works aur property-owner/government permissions ki responsibility jahan zaroori ho, customer ki hai.
19. Agar customer-side power ya space issues (BTS end par) ki wajah se delay ho, to advance rental forfeit ho sakta hai.

Ye Agreement shuruaati ek saal ke liye valid hai aur har term khatam hone par apne aap ek saal ke liye renew ho jaata hai, jab tak is clause ya Disconnection Terms ke tahat terminate na ho. VSJ ek mahine ke notice ke saath Agreement terminate kar sakti hai.

Customer initial term ke baad ek mahine ka notice dekar Agreement terminate kar sakta hai. Term se pehle terminate karne par bache hue term ki service fees deni hogi, aur adequate notice na dene par ek mahine ki service fees deni hogi.

• Agar customer upar diye responsibilities ke points 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10 ya 14 mein default karta hai, to VSJ turant Agreement terminate kar sakti hai.
• In terms ke tahat disconnection se hone waale business loss ki responsibility customer ki hogi. Is clause ke tahat disconnection ke liye notice ki zaroorat nahi hai aur unused service ka koi refund nahi milega.

Is Agreement par India ke laws lagu honge. Courts in Lucknow ki exclusive jurisdiction hogi. Customer ko saare applicable laws, rules aur regulations follow karne honge aur negligent acts ya omissions se hone waale damages, losses aur claims ke khilaaf VSJ ko indemnified rakhna hoga.

Agar service in terms ke breach mein use hoti hai ya faulty hone ki wajah se third party use nahi kar paati, to usse uthne waale claims ya legal proceedings ke khilaaf bhi customer VSJ ko indemnify karega.

Agar VSJ apni obligations poori nahi kar paati aur uska karan uske reasonable control se bahar ka unforeseeable event ho — jaise natural catastrophes, frequency interference, epidemics, earthquakes, strikes, blockades, war ya war-like conditions, revolution, riots, sabotage, terrorism, Indian public authorities ke restrictions, law ya import/export rules mein badlav, security restrictions, ya VSJ vendor dwara service disconnect/deteriorate hona — to VSJ responsible nahi hogi.
